Belly Dance

It’s been about a year since I started practicing belly dance every morning, but I’ve never taken a break.
I haven’t gained weight and am stable with BMI 16.4.

Because I play the guitar, my stiff shoulders are terrible, but it’s also very good for relieving stiff shoulders.

Belly Dance practice

Yesterday I practiced belly dancing for a long time as well as basic practice in the morning.
I really love this traditional historic belly dance.
So It’s not just about costumes.

Also I think it is important to master the basics in all genres.
